Property Matters ("we," "us," "our") offers an SMS messaging program to communicate with homeowners who have opted in to receive text messages regarding cash offers for their properties, appointment scheduling, follow-up communications, and related real estate services.

2. Consent and opt-in

By submitting the form on our website at propertymattersnj.com and checking the consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS and MMS) from Property Matters at the mobile phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service. Your consent applies to any future Property Matters phone number or short code.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message volume depends on your engagement with our communications and the status of any property transaction discussion.

Message and data rates may apply. Property Matters does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates will apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from Property Matters unless you re-opt-in.

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and their subsidiaries. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Property Matters makes no warranty regarding the delivery, timeliness, or accuracy of text messages. Text messaging is not a secure method of communication, and messages may not be delivered if your device is off, out of range, or otherwise unable to receive messages. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time.
